THE STORY

After my dad beat cancer, we traveled back to Egypt for the first time in 16 years. I went to make sure he was okay.

What I found was something deeper.

Still, Egypt is not about monuments or landmarks. It’s about daily life. About tension and tenderness. About quiet moments that exist even in the busiest cities.

This project became a way to reconnect with home and make sense of change, both in the country and in myself.
